Abraham Guest High School became the first school in Wigan to benefit from the multi million pound Building Schools For The Future
Investment Programme. The school required state of the art furniture to both of its Dining areas. The challenge was to create two distinctively different environments that could be used for dining, meeting and breakout spaces, thus getting total flexibility and value from the furniture to match the contrasting surroundings. Wilsons Bistro was furnished in the latest metal range of furniture that consists of dining, high stools and soft square tables whilst the Main Hall consisted of a range of rectangular, soft square, bench and oval tables.
The main hall benefited from the ‘brand new’ Casper range of chairs that have a matt poly propylene shell to the front and a gloss shell to the rear side of the chair with chrome framework and was supplied in a range of colours that have matching high stools and the added safety of self levelling feet. Diamond were involved from the initial brief and planning through to 3D renders and walk through visualization.
